I know that this is too generic a topic to be blogged about. But still I would like to key in my views about them because I love playing them. Especially racing games like Need For Speed & Formula 1 as well as FIFA. I have a steering wheel assembly with paddle-shifting gears & multi-function fire buttons as well as brake & accelerator pedals to control my adrenalin. I don't know how many hours I must have spent in diffusing my enthusiasm into them but I am sure that if I had studied for all those hours I would have secured 60% aggregate in my engineering course.
Yes after all it's just a game. But after all after-alls it's a game, not before that. No need to put your life into it but definitely you can put your heart into it (one of the rare cases where heart is not equal to life). PC games are excellent stress-busters next only to playing with your small niece/nephew. Just 10 mins of playing an exciting game will drain all your stress out & fill you with new enthusiasm. There's no dearth of exciting PC games on this planet. You don't even need to buy one if you are not that original/branded stuff freak. You can source it from any of your friends. If you are the aggressive type you can go in for racing, military or First-person Shootout games. If you are the mellow type
then maybe strategic or miscellaneous games will suit you. Nowadays there are games like GTA & others which
cater to all kind of gamers as the only motto in these games is to enjoy yourself without any bindings of rules & strategies. You can do whatever you want to, the game & its characters are yours to play with.
I can't imagine life without PC games because they are such an integral part of my life. Whenever I want any respite from the normal routine, PC games are the first option. There's also the negative aspect of getting involved too much in them or getting addicted to them. But as is always said, it depends on us whether science is a boon or a bane. But PC games can never be a pain!
